Our client, an established Calgary business is looking for an experienced inside sales person to work in their SE branch.
This location is very busy which means your days will pass very quickly.
Your day to day will include taking incoming calls, dealing with walk in traffic, generating orders, working with warehouse staff, ensuring orders are processed correctly, staying in touch with your clients and additional responsibilities as required.
This company has been around a long time and they have developed a loyal customer base who look to them for their product requirements because they have what they need and they know how to treat their customers.
These roles are in constant contact with their client base, either in person or on the phone so you must be a highly customer centric individual.
Previous experience in a reatil/wholesale industrial supply setting is a must.
You need to bring with you the direct experience they require so that the transition is seamless and you hit the ground running.
