Purpose of the Role:
As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure alignment with company policies and regulatory standards. You will manage complex quality procedures and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in both operational processes and product quality. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and compliance across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical and analytical skills.
- You have earned or are pursuing professional certifications such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Lead Auditor, reflecting your dedication to quality excellence.
- You have 5–8 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with deep expertise in QA processes, auditing, supplier qualification, and CAPA management.
- You have an in-depth understanding of ISO 9001 standards and continuous improvement methodologies, which you apply to enhance quality systems and outcomes.
- You have proficiency in quality tools, software applications, and data analysis techniques, enabling you to make data-driven decisions and optimize performance.
- You have strong organizational and project management abilities, backed by a proven track record of driving results and delivering on objectives.
- You will support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- You will lead the Supplier Quality Program, including supplier assessments, qualifications, audits, issue resolution, and performance monitoring.
- You will support internal audits and gap assessments, managing preparation, execution, and resolution of findings to maintain QMS effectiveness.
- You will manage nonconformities and CAPA processes, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions.
- You will facilitate cross-functional discussions on quality issues, serving as a key point of contact for quality-related matters.
- You will act as the QA lead for Technology and Product Development, supporting Engineering Change Management and collaborating across design, development, and commercialization stages.
- You will administer the Enterprise Document Management System, guiding teams in creating, revising, and controlling documentation.
- You will monitor key quality and performance indicators, and implement improvement plans to meet established goals.
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and executing opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes.
