What You’ll Do:

The Paid Media Specialist plays a key role in the digital side of our operations. They are responsible for managing and maintaining a variety of online advertising campaigns and other e-commerce initiatives. Through their work, they ensure a consistent brand presence across online campaigns while efficiently managing budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategy, creation, launch, and optimization of paid marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for visuals and copy.
  • Work with external partners (web agency) to create and/or optimize campaigns.
  • Track campaign results, generate reports, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Negotiate digital media buys with various media vendors.
  • Manage budgets and costs related to media buying.
  • Support brand integration across various markets and campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze digital channel performance and provide insights and recommendations.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

  • A minimum of a university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English) to support our operations outside Quebec.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising (an asset).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (an asset).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Advertising Studio (an asset).
  • Google Ads Certification, Meta Certification, GA4 Certification.

Work Schedule & Status:

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).
