Your role:
- Dive Deep into Client Engagements: Work on entire client files from start to finish, gaining hands on experience in bookkeeping, accounting, and tax. This holistic approach will enhance your client service skills and lay a strong foundation for your career.
- Broaden Your Expertise: Engage in a variety of Audit, Review, Compilation, White Paper, and Tax engagements, both independently and within a cross-functional team. This experience will help you understand our clients’ businesses better and spot opportunities to add real value.
- Completion of bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (Accounting/Finance major)
- Eligibility to enroll in CPA PEP
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
- You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Be a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent problem solver
- You are proficient in, and willing to learn various computer applications.
- Knowledge of Caseware/Caseview and TaxPrep is an asset (but not required)
