CBRE's National Marketing Team is expanding our content development strategy with the aim of connecting clients with our industry-leading data, research and outcomes in more powerful, accessible, and actionable ways. We're seeking a talented writer and skilled communicator who can play a key role in developing deliverables including blog posts, web copy, social media posts, digital magazine articles, video content and infographics.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Reports to the Manager, Media & Content.
- Primarily focused on creating an editorial calendar and the content for use on various channels.
- Assists in the coordination and implementation of content marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
- Able to synthesize ideas from the broader National Marketing Team and subject matter experts to create effective content.
- Works on the production of internal communications materials, researching background material for use in executive memos and company updates.
- Excellent written and verbal skills plus an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understand key performance indicators, track content performance and provide regular reporting on the editorial outings.
- Have a keen eye for detail, be a proficient copy editor, enforce company standards and deliver key messaging effectively.
- Acts as lead to execute the writing and overall content and strategy efforts of other National Marketing partners on various projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
- Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers.
- May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or English.
- Minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.
- Real estate experience or exposure would be preferred.
- Some technical capabilities, including search engine optimization, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing and content management software, would be desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
- Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
- Solve problems involving several options in situations.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Research information when no clear answer is provided.
- Make coherent inferences from multiple data points and scattered information.
- Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Responsible for setting own project deadlines.
- Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
