Job Description:

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking a Technology Project Manager/Coordinator to lead and support technology initiatives in a global retail environment. This contract role will begin with a 4-month Sustainable Packaging Options project and extend into broader work across operations platforms and enterprise applications. The successful candidate will coordinate between multiple internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business needs, and executed with strong stakeholder engagement.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate technology projects across retail, supply chain, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across internal delivery pods, EDI team, 3PL partners, Finance, Commerce, and external vendors.
  • Drive project delivery using MS Azure DevOps and SAFe methodologies.
  • Maintain and track project plans, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
  • Facilitate decision-making, remove roadblocks, and keep initiatives on track.
  • Support sustainability-focused initiatives, including ensuring packaging functionality:
  • Displays at checkout in SFCC (order-level).
  • Transmits as a custom sales order attribute into D365.
  • Flows through TrueCommerce in the EDI 940 to 3PL partners.
  • Drives warehouse fulfillment instructions for packaging.
  • Provide coordination for additional projects within the Operations Platforms and Enterprise Applications portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing technology projects in retail and/or supply chain environments.
  • SAFe certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Azure DevOps for project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong facilitation and coordination skills across multiple business units and vendors.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while driving accountability and execution.
  • Experience with retail systems such as SFCC, D365, and EDI integrations is a strong asset.
