Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute Finance IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet business objectives
- Handle project scoping, prioritization, requirement changes, and risk mitigation using data-driven metrics and methodologies
- Track and report project progress, budget adherence, resource allocations, and issue/risk resolutions
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards and participate in audits or governance reviews
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Coordinate with Finance Change Management and other support teams to align IT delivery with finance initiatives
- 810 years of experience in project management, preferably in Finance IT or Regulatory projects
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, sub-ledger systems, and financial reporting tools
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, cost-benefit analysis, and benefits realization
- Knowledge of both Agile and SDLC (Waterfall) methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile/Project Management certification
- Experience in large-scale regulatory transformation or financial system modernization projects
- Familiarity with finance system platforms or sub-ledger implementations
