The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager – Fundraising Specialist to join our Fundraising department. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving retention, and ensuring fundraising groups have a seamless experience. You will manage client accounts, coordinate campaigns, and support program growth, while also providing operational assistance during peak fundraising seasons.

This is an excellent opportunity for a soon-to-be graduate or a recent graduate to launch their career in sales, customer management, and marketing within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and execute recruitment and re-engagement campaigns (emails, calls, other channels)
  • Maintain and update CRM and mailing lists with accurate, organized data
  • Distribute and track CSAT/NPS survey, following up on customer feedback
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by overseeing responses to inquiries
  • Assist with campaign and resource material design aligned to DeVry’s brand
  • Contribute to social media content planning and preparation
  • Provide operational support during peak fundraising seasons (emails, calls, logistics)
  • Collaborate across team to ensure smooth execution of fundraising programs

Qualifications:

  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree or post-secondary equivalent preferred
  • Sales and/ or marketing experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Content creation skills for email, social media, and campaigns
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – articulate, ethical, and influential
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a team setting

KPIs:

  • Customer retention and satisfaction scores (NPS, CSAT)
  • Success of recruitment campaigns for past customers
  • Contribution to program growth and long-term fundraising success

Total Rewards:

  • Annual wage range: $47,000-$52,000+ based on schooling and experience (based on full-time hours)
  • Eligible for benefits after probationary period
  • Annual wage review and performance reflections twice per year
