Overview

Seasons is seeking a Regional Manager, Environmental Services to oversee housekeeping operations and support maintenance and asset management across our communities. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency, contributing to the long-term planning and sustainability of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee housekeeping operations, standards, and compliance across multiple sites
  • Support maintenance teams with preventive tasks and asset inventory management
  • Coordinate capital projects and large-scale repairs with minimal disruption
  • Provide training, audits, and performance support to Environmental Services staff
  • Manage procurement and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Contribute to budgeting and cost control for housekeeping and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Experience in housekeeping/environmental services or facilities/asset management
  • Familiarity with CMMS or similar maintenance systems
  • Background in seniors housing, healthcare, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
