This role is with Taggart Realty Management, focused on acquiring, developing and managing residential, office and commercial property. Taggart Realty Management has a consistently large number of new projects being developed at one time, each at varying stages of the construction process.

Who are you?
You have a deep passion for tenant experience, complemented by hands-on experience in showcasing properties and facilitating lease agreements. You have a comprehensive understanding of property management and understanding the unique needs of potential tenants. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills have resulted in you building collaborative relationships with tenants and internal operations teams.
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property leasing and exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with Yardi is a valued bonus. It is essential to prioritize and ensure timely communication with potential tenants, supporting them through all the challenges of moving to a new home. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
