Responsibilities

  • Identify vehicles being offered by private individuals on listing sites such as Auto Trader, Lease Busters etc.
  • Effectively communicate information back to the individual, inviting them into the dealership to complete the sale.
  • Meet with the individual, verifying all vehicle, lien and personal information to complete the transaction
  • Access various systems such as our lease management, CRM and appraisal tools to identify customers that may be in an equity or favorable position to sell their vehicles.
  • In accordance with dealership specific procedures contact the customers and create appointments.
  • Facilitate and liaise with Product Advisor for vehicle replacements and assist with the sales process as needed.
  • Monitor virtual auctions such as Adesa and TradeRev to identify vehicles that meet the profitability and other requirements of our dealerships.
  • Facilitate the purchase, payment, and delivery of vehicles.
  • Liaise with the wholesale team in an effort to profitably purchase and resell and sourced vehicles

You’ll also need to have:

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in appraising.
  • Valid Ontario Class ‘G’ Driver’s License
  • Experience with PBS (considered an asset)
  • OMVIC License preferred
  • Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new platforms and systems quickly.
  • Enjoys meeting and working with a variety of different people, unafraid to start a conversation.
  • Willingness to learn new things and to be curious about how things work.
  • Self-driven individual who is motivated to achieve targets and benchmark

Pay Rate: $60,000 - $80,000
