The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working with customers on a day to day basis and handling inquiries received from customers to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner.

Job Description
The Customer Supply Chain Associate will be responsible for working with customers on a day to day basis and handling inquiries received from customers to ensure that products and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to handle day-to-day inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, plants and production planners to manage and fulfill orders
- Order management including monitoring, tracking and updating of shipping dates using multiple excel spreadsheets including a comprehensive dashboard for daily actions.
- Order management including monitoring and updating of shipping dates and communicating updates/changes to internal and external customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Develop strong customer relationships and addressing any concerns where possible and highlighting potential issues and solutions
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Preparing customer related reports and analyzing customer trends
- May require some travel within North America
- Utilize multiple systems for order entry and to verify customer orders for accuracy, load weight, pallet count, special considerations, etc.
- Bi-lingual (English and French) to serve Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic regions is required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong customer focus relationship-building ship building skills.
- High level of attention to detail is required to ensure accuracy of order entry and reports
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Must be able to contact customers over the phone and build long-term customer centric relationships.
- Ability to problem solve and “think outside the box.”
- Good organization skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of emails and orders.
- Strong/proven analytical skills
- Practical experience with detail-oriented order entry, and detail-oriented research, face to face customer interactions.
- College or University degree/diploma in Business Administration or Operations/Inventory Control/Logistics/Supply Chain preferred.
- Prior experience with customer facing corporate supply chain roles preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
- Familiarity with JDE, Power BI and Salesforce is an asset.
