About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving workforce strategies and strengthening organizational performance in alignment with our mission. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership while also managing day-to-day HR operations in a rapidly growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with technical teams, while driving both strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of hiring needs and business objectives, ensuring talent strategies are aligned with organizational growth.
  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs on a regular basis to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Manage and improve recruiting channels in the US and Canada to elevate the company’s visibility and employer brand across North America.
  • Define and monitor key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality).
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and providing support as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role
  • Proactive and results-oriented, skilled at independently managing multiple time-sensitive projects in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Experience with talent needs and organizational structures in the fintech or payments industry is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
