As a Customer Success Specialist, you won't just be supporting our teams, you'll be supercharging their performance. This is your chance to directly contribute to revenue generation by ensuring our Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Customer Support teams have the resources, tools, and processes they need to dominate their fields and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll be the architect behind our success, crafting and distributing vital sales materials, spearheading key programs, and implementing high-impact initiatives.
The Richmond Hill office is a significant part of Trimble's global network, which includes over 150 locations in 34 countries. The Applanix division was originally an independent company that was acquired by Trimble in 2003, and it has since become a cornerstone of Trimble's positioning technology portfolio. This office is a major center for research, development, and manufacturing.

Trimble's Applanix customer support team is a global, multi-channel group that provides specialized technical assistance to users of their mobile mapping and positioning technology.
In addition to direct support, the team collaborates with product development to improve product functionality and addresses customer inquiries to ensure continuous improvement of their advanced mobile mapping and positioning solutions.

- Generate qualified leads for the Customer Success team through the effective use of reporting and analytics tools.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new warranty and subscription product programs.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Customer Success team, including quote generation, customer asset history lookups, and essential documentation management.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to streamline sales order processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Accurately process and fulfill sales order deliverables, interpreting details and delivery instructions.
- Manage customer inquiries and support requests, effectively resolving or triaging issues to appropriate teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce and Navision workflows to ensure system integrity and efficiency.
- Champion customer feedback internally to inform sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction, brand loyalty, and long-term advocacy.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to identify client expansion opportunities and escalate customer needs or issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related administrative discipline.
- 2 years of relevant administrative/sales work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, fostering positive business relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proficiency in various databases; Salesforce and Navision experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google applications and Windows OS.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
