Job Description
Reporting to the Logistics, Inventory and Facilities Manager, and working closely with the Storekeeper, the Store Clerk acts as their right-hand support. This role contributes to daily warehouse operations, mainly in order preparation (picking), receiving goods, and supporting production.

Store Clerk / Parts Assistant
Job Description
Reporting to the Logistics, Inventory and Facilities Manager, and working closely with the Storekeeper, the Store Clerk acts as their right-hand support. This role contributes to daily warehouse operations, mainly in order preparation (picking), receiving goods, and supporting production.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and group parts for production and shipments.
- Verify the conformity of received products and store them in an organized manner.
- Respond to parts requests at the counter and ensure proper labeling/organization of items.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and efficiency in all work areas.
- Participate in inventory counts (cycle counts and annual counts).
- Support the Storekeeper in ensuring product availability and supplier order follow-up.
- Apply workplace health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Experience in warehouse, store, shipping/receiving (asset).
- Good understanding of logistics and supply chain procedures.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Good physical condition (standing, crouching, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Team spirit, clear communication, and positive attitude.
- Reliability, punctuality, and autonomy.
- Fluency in French, working knowledge of English to be able to communicate with all members of the team
- Basic computer skills (Office Suite, Excel) and interest in ERP systems.
- Knowledge of handling electronic or mechanical parts (asset).
- Commitment to health & safety standards and continuous improvement.
