Responsibilities Include
- butchery and preparations of menu items
- daily supervision of the work of others as MOD
- time management of the kitchen team
- ordering stock
- monthly inventory counts
- menu collaboration
- working a section and closing the kitchen daily
- managing the cleaning schedule
- upholding AG standards of quality and professionalism
- Kitchen Operations: Develop, implement, and continuously review kitchen service and food service standards to ensure operational excellence.

- Degree or certificate in culinary arts.
- 5 years experience as a chef.
- Must speak local language(s).
- At lease one year in a supervisory capacity, or equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
