Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our accounts payable function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in managing multiple priorities, and confident in vendor communications.
This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work from home as well as on-site when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain invoice information in the accounting system.
- Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process invoices while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as a point of contact for vendors, resolving discrepancies and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare accounts payable reports, reconcile monthly AP activity, and ensure records are audit-ready.
- Administrative Support: Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed.
- Experience in accounts payable or a related finance function.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
