As The Successful Candidate, You Will
- Analysis of complex industrial systems focused on capacity planning, debottlenecking and optimization of production lines.
- Design, improve and implement integrated solutions related to physical, human and financial aspects through the application of analytical, discrete event and other simulation skills, and process engineering.
- Analyze data from a process.
- Carry out observations or surveys on industrial sites.
- Perform calculations and develop simulation models.
- Develop flow diagrams.
- Sizing equipment and writing technical specifications
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Data processing and analysis
- Capacity analysis
- Debottlenecking
- Dynamic simulation by discrete event
- Process engineering
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
- Versatility and autonomy.
- Excellent team player and good communication.
- Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in consulting engineering.
- Experience in Arena and AnyLogic is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Experience in coding is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Good understanding of engineering and business fundamentals as they apply to engineering problems and projects.
- Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges.
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges.
