Duties & Responsibilties
- Shipping/receiving orders and transfers
- Stocking & organizing products
- Assisting in regular stock counts
- Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse. This includes but is not limited to the following: loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, cleaning, etc.
- Entering transactions into computer systems
- Progressing into performing basic order entry, addressing product or service concerns, answering questions, and building customer relationships
- Supporting and working with all other branch personnel
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily
- Comfortable in a computerized environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment
