To support our growth and ensure sound financial decision-making, we are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Sales & SRM who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving performance through insights and strategic partnerships.
Your Impact
This role goes beyond traditional financial reporting. It’s about partnering with the Sales team to unlock growth opportunities, optimize trade investments, and ensure pricing strategies are both competitive and profitable.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor to the financial performance of our sales organization. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations that support business growth and accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support strategic decision-making: Partner with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities, develop long-term strategies, and provide financial insights that balance internal performance with external competitiveness.
- Lead trade and pricing management: Own the end-to-end process for trade investments and pricing activities, ensuring accurate forecasting, strong accruals, and clear communication across teams.
- Deliver actionable insights: Analyze customer-level financial performance, trade spend, and pricing dynamics. Provide timely reporting and recommendations that drive business growth and accountability.
- Build effective tools and models: Develop financial models and dashboards that support decision-making, scenario planning, and performance tracking. Ensure tools are simple, sustainable, and tailored to business needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and other teams to align on financial priorities, manage risks, and support execution of strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, streamline reporting, and improve ROI on trade investments through data-driven recommendations.
Who You Are
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have solid experience in finance, including a good experience in Sales Finance.
- You’re highly proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- You’re a strong communicator who builds trust across teams and levels.
- You bring a strategic mindset and a passion for turning data into action.
- You’re agile, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You’re bilingual (English/French) or open to growing in a bilingual setting.
