About The Team You Are Joining
The IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) Program Office is responsible for the implementation, delivery, and continuous evolution of the IOSA Program worldwide. With the Risk-Based IOSA program, IATA insourced the operation and administration of the audits. This transition sees the IOSA Program Office scaling up rapidly over the next few years to create a seamless end-to-end audit process to support the delivery of the Risk-Based IOSA.

What Your Day Would Be Like
As part of the IOSA team, this role will be supporting the daily administration tasks in the IOSA Program including:
- Support IOSA/ISSA registration process for airlines
- Support IOSA customer relationship management through regular internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Management of customer and stakeholder inquiries
- Preparation of ad hoc. Presentations, reports and communication
- Support with IOSA audit report requests
- Help with IATA Connect user management for IOSA and support troubleshooting as needed
- Experience in administrative tasks, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English; k nowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to interact with external stakeholders.
- Skills in data analysis and visualization would be an asset.
