Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Operations & Logistics:

While ensuring smooth daily operations, you'll also ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner to meet the specific needs of ongoing research projects. You’ll manage inventory, track shipments, and process orders, ensuring that our customers have access to the materials they need.

  • Data & Reporting:

Assist in analyzing experimental data when needed, cross-referencing inventory counts with product use and maintaining accurate records.

  • Technical Support for Researchers:

Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues based on experimental results. Offer guidance on product usage and help researchers optimize the application of our products in their experiments.

  • Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, including Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing. Support the lab in maintaining accurate product inventories and ensuring the right tools and reagents are available for ongoing experiments.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for a candidate who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also possesses the technical expertise to provide targeted support to researchers based on their experimental needs. Here’s what we’re hoping you can bring:

  • Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in fields such as Neuroscience, Biology, Biochemistry, or similar.

  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting:

You will help researchers resolve technical challenges by offering guidance based on experimental results. Experience in troubleshooting lab-related issues or advising on the correct use of research products is a big asset.

  • Communication Skills:

You’ll need to effectively communicate technical information to diverse audiences, ensuring researchers can apply products successfully in their work. You’ll also need to collaborate closely with internal teams to relay any issues or feedback.

  • Tech-Savvy:

You’re proficient in the tools necessary to track product orders, shipments, and inventories, and ideally have familiarity with Sage 50 Accounting, FedEx Ship Manager, and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Technical Expertise:

A solid understanding of the scientific principles behind our products (e.g., antibodies, proteins, immunoassay kits) and how they are used in research experiments. Bottom of Form
