An Overview Of Your Future Role At BBA
You will work closely with project managers and the BBA technical engineering team. The ideal expectation is to have the candidate working primarily from our Concord Office. Your role will mainly consist of coordinating the various tasks to manage entire project lifecycles.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as support to project leaders and managers in all aspects of the project management process.
- Be involved in the various stages of a project cycle: updating business opportunities, preparing proposals and managing projects.
- Proactively ensure that the project management process runs smoothly and the quality of data in the system is up to date.
- When a project starts, support the project team on best practices and the methodology for sound project management.
- Advise the technical engineering team in optimizing their project structure.
- Propose, improve and develop monitoring tools (schedule, labour plan, cash flow) based on project needs.
- Gather the information necessary to update projects and integrate the information into the tools.
- Analyze performance indicators and anticipate issues and trends to propose measures to ensure project success.
- Identify and follow up on the project change notices.
- Finalize the billing process by mastering the business agreements in your project portfolio.

- College diploma in Administration or in Project Management or undergraduate degree in Project Management; any combination of relevant education and experience will be considered
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate in English, spoken and written
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Asset: knowledge of Deltek Maconomy
- Asset: proficient in French and/or Spanish
