Responsibilities
- Develop & expand business by identifying and closing new commercial insurance opportunities
- Build key relationships as a trusted broker for local business owners, executives, and industry associations
- Leverage in-house CRM to manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms for a wide range of industries
- Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales targets for new business and renewals
- Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid or remote (if based in Ontario) work environment in Oshawa, ON, Canada
- Unlimited earning potential with a commission-based compensation structure, with a first-year earning range of $48,000 to $85,000
- Build up and manage your own book of clients

- Active RIBO License (in good standing)
- Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends.
- Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale accounts
- Proven experience in generating leads, developing business, or acquiring clients within the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong strategic planning and target achievement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-visibility, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
