Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, validation, and execution of thermal and structural (FEA) simulations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support new and existing product designs through advanced modeling techniques.
- Develop and implement strategies for digitalization of the design process, integrating simulation into the overall product lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach simulation team members, providing technical guidance and conducting regular reviews.
- Analyze data from physical testing and simulations to validate models and improve prediction accuracy.
- Ensure simulation practices align with engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an engineering discipline
- Proven experience in thermal, fluid, and structural (FEA) simulations.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as ANSYS, Fluent, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data acquisition systems and analysis of experimental results.
- Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and structural mechanics.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams is highly desirable.
