Our client is a leading Alberta-based home builder with a strong reputation for quality construction and customer service. With a growing portfolio of new communities, they provide homebuyers with exceptional living spaces and a seamless buying experience. To support continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to lead new home sales efforts.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker with proven experience in residential sales to represent our client's new home developments. This role is 100% commission-based, with all leads provided directly by the builder. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Realtor in Alberta, with a preference for those who have successfully sold new homes. The Broker will guide clients through the purchase process, from initial inquiry to closing, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle for new home purchases, from lead follow-up to closing
  • Meet with prospective buyers, present available floorplans and options, and provide pricing details
  • Conduct model home tours and highlight features of the builder's communities
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure compliance with Alberta real estate regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Partner with the builder's internal team on marketing initiatives and client follow-up strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships
  • Represent the builder's brand with professionalism and market expertise

Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate Broker or Associate license in Alberta
  • Minimum 5 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Prior new home sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Knowledge of Alberta real estate regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment
