What does a Copywriter do at Hogarth?
The Copywriter will be responsible for crafting engaging copy that meets all the client’s brief requirements – whether the work is crafted for business audiences or the consumer. This role requires the ability to take a brief and existing creative material, do your own research when needed, and create integrated communications (presentations headlines, emails, social, sales materials, landing pages, editorial and more) over a mix of tactical projects while maintaining the high-quality standards of Hogarth. Experience with both long and short form communications is required.
An understanding of how to create communications targeted for different segment audiences and how it’s adapted across platforms is necessary. The ideal candidate must be curious and adaptable; know and have a strong affinity for all things Copy. They must be able to familiarize themselves with complex topics and distill into simple messaging for business and decision makers. In addition, they will have outstanding communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to brand tone of voice with understanding of variations for different products within the business line
- Ensure copy is on point for segment audiences and brand continuity is maintained
- Develop compelling and innovative concepts for multi-channel campaigns, translating strategic objectives into powerful, resonant messages
- Craft engaging copy for new campaign initiatives, sales materials, internal communications, and presentations, ensuring alignment with branding, tone of voice, and social/digital content strategies
- Skilled at developing unique, creative concepts and translating big ideas into impactful executions
- Sit in on creative briefs to ensure they are complete and clear on what is expected
- Collaborate with various client team members and partner agencies to deliver projects on brand and to spec
- Utilize process workflows and manage assets to meet deadlines
- Employ a strategic approach to developing compelling product and brand narratives that resonate with audiences
- Possess in-depth knowledge of industry trends and cultural movements, driven by a strong ambition for creative excellence
- Thrive on exploring and experimenting with new tools and technologies to enhance creative processes
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience in an agency setting
- Proven experience working with large-scale clients within professional services, global consultancies, financial institutions, or other complex B2B environments
- Must be able to work in a fluid environment
- Experience adapting content and writing for various industries
