Behaviour believes in a strong player-centric strategy, and the Senior Quantitative User Research Specialist plays a key role by providing clear insights from tens of thousands through well-crafted surveys. Enable production and publishing teams to take informed decisions and support the development of products and brands on the global market.

In this role, you’ll make your mark by designing and analyzing impactful surveys, collaborating across disciplines, and turning player feedback into strategic guidance that shapes the future of our games. Your insights will have a direct influence on creative, technical, and business decisions, ensuring our experiences resonate with players and drive meaningful impact across the studio.

In this role you will :

  • Design, manage and analyze surveys.
  • Create reports on survey results.
  • In collaboration with peers, drive the evolution of quantitative research methodologies
  • Manage multiple concurrent research projects.
  • Whenever relevant, capitalize on the internal research resources to propose innovative, timing- and cost-efficient solutions for the studio.
  • Collaborate with game development, marketing, product management, and data teams to convey these learnings and accompany brand/game/services projects in their market strategy.
  • Contribute to user knowledge diffusion within the studio, feed and inspire the studio teams’ thinking with consumer and user studies.

What we're looking for :

  • Expertise in quantitative data (surveys, in-game telemetry).
  • Master’s degree in social science, psychology, UX design, marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of R programming language, Power BI and SQL.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • Knowledge of the client-side of the consumer market insights and analysis process.
  • Proven capacity in transferring the insights into actionable points.
  • Interest in video games and its industry is a prerequisite.
