Job Description
TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the business development team to ensure the long-term success of our customers by acting as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. As the Account Manager, you will communicate new enhancements, integrations, developments, campaigns and news to clients, maintain accurate and up to date data in CRM, and help manage the post sales process through implementation and delivery.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the business development team to ensure the long-term success of our customers by acting as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams. As the Account Manager, you will communicate new enhancements, integrations, developments, campaigns and news to clients, maintain accurate and up to date data in CRM, and help manage the post sales process through implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
- You will ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and will develop relationships within your assigned territory/account list.
- Manage the long-term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk and ensure retention.
- Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists.
- Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Driving to and from customer sites (sitting on average 1-4 hours) or flying to customer sites in Canada
- Customer visits require frequent standing up to 8 hours a day, with a 1 hour lunch break.
- Packing, lifting and carrying personal luggage up to 50 lbs (discretionary) 15 minutes-1 hour a day
- Simple grasping and fine manipulation (both hands) 3-6 hours a day (pointer/mouse)
- Require to look at a computer screen up to 8 hours a day
Requirements
- College Degree preferred
- Must have relevant industry sales experience for 1+ years in or with car rental, dealership, or travel
- Ability to travel 25% across the Canada
- Able to travel to the United States for company-paid training
- Bilingual in English and Canadian French and able to communicate with our customers outside of Quebec required
- Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
