- Collaborate effectively with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Support electrical and software design as needed
- Configure interference zones, I/O, and vision systems
- Perform robot setup including mastering, TCP, payload, and offline programs
- Troubleshoot and debug PLCs in coordination with the Controls Engineer
- Optimize cycle times and improve throughput
- Work with Fanuc robots (required); experience with ABB, KUKA, Kawasaki, and Nachi is an asset
- Apply experience in material handling, spot welding, MIG welding, and sealing/dispensing
- Utilize Fanuc DCS building tool models and confirm adequate setup per customer standards
- 2–5 years of experience as a Robotics Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering or programming field
- Previous experience in the automotive Ford standards (Next Gen/GVOSS)
- Extensive commissioning experience in automotive body shop environment
- Ability to travel to customer sites across North America and Canada
- Valid passport and driver’s license
- Eligibility for a TN Visa
