The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

SCHEDULE:

  • 32+ hours per week
  • 3 days 12:00-8:00, alternating weekends (Sat/Sun) 9:00-5:00
  • Other days for coverage as needed

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 1+ years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and administrative experience
  • Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator/Dental Receptionist is considered an asset
  • Experience is not required - we're open to entry level applicants!
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker/CareCru is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Customer service mindset
