The Role
Our client is a well-established firm in the insurance and advisory industry, known for providing trusted guidance and innovative solutions to clients across Ontario. They are seeking a Marketing Administrator to join their London office and play a key role in supporting their growing team.
In this position, you’ll handle daily operations across administration, marketing, and data management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to grow, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role, with in-office requirements during training and onboarding.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination
- Assist with document preparation, meeting logistics, and internal communications
- Support colleagues across departments as needed
- Assist in developing and formatting marketing materials
- Coordinate campaigns and support event planning in the insurance/advisory sector
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
- Manage spreadsheets and reporting to ensure data accuracy
- Help identify ways to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
- 1+ years of experience in administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Industry knowledge of insurance or financial services is considered a strong asset
