We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives in scaling startups and loves building high-performing G&A and marketing teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for leaders across Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations — helping us hire the bold, creative Homies who will turbocharge our growth engine.

Compensation Range: $90K - $140K

We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives in scaling startups and loves building high-performing G&A and marketing teams. You’ll be the go-to partner for leaders across Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations — helping us hire the bold, creative Homies who will turbocharge our growth engine.
- Building and executing recruitment strategies specifically focused on G&A, with an emphasis on attracting candidates who thrive in scaling startup environments.
- Partner with leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategy, and advise on market insights, compensation, and process efficiency
- Build a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing techniques, campaigns, and AI-powered outreach.
- Acting as a strategic, trusted partner to hiring teams and G&A leadership, ensuring they are equipped with insights, resources, and best practices to interview and make assured business and hiring choices.
- Champion an inclusive hiring experience that aligns with Homebase’s commitment to diversity and equity.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Contributing to talent strategy discussions to continuously improve our hiring processes.
- Tracking and analyzing hiring metrics to inform data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Understanding and utilizing recruitment analytics and metrics to assess pipeline health, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive sourcing and outreach methods to captivate top-tier candidates.
- Bringing thoughtful, creative, and bold new ideas to help iterate and optimize our hiring efforts and relentlessly work toward continuously improving our processes and efficiencies.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, scaling startup environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
- Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience successfully building and maintaining trusting and consultative relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates
- Advanced proficiency using Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter
