Services Technician (Printer Technician/Administrator)

What to Expect The Entry-level Technician reports to the Team Lead, Print and Imaging Services. This is an entry-level position for the right person who is driven and teachable. Communication, customer service and reliability are the keys to success in the position. This person will be taught troubleshooting, repair, installing and upgrading of hardware, peripherals, and other telecommunication or instrumentation devices, as well as how to provide technical assistance and training to system users.

- Completion of High School Diploma.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (no GDL, no restrictions)
- Any personal printer experience and/or customer service experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility for problem resolution.
