Inner Circle Agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing partner spearheading the launch of a new subscription-based energy product. With rapid expansion planned across Canada, bilingual engagement is central to the brand’s growth strategy.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Content Strategist to lead the full content strategy for a flagship consumer brand launch. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will define the content calendar, craft the brand voice, and oversee execution across platforms. You’ll lead an internal creative studio team to ensure every piece of content is on-brand, culturally relevant, and built for engagement across both English and French markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the social media content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Build and manage a bilingual content calendar balancing product storytelling, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement
  • Define and refine the brand voice in both English and French
  • Lead and direct an internal creative studio (video editors, motion designers, graphic designers, email designers)
  • Write copy, script video content, and manage the production pipeline
  • Analyze performance data and optimize content based on insights
  • Act as a strategic advisor on scaling a consumer brand through social-first storytelling

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in social media and content strategy, ideally with consumer/CPG brands
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands via social platforms
  • Full bilingual fluency (English and French, written and spoken)
  • Experience managing and leading creative teams
  • Strong creative instincts with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles
  • Canadian market knowledge and North American presence

Preferred

  • Previous agency or campaign leadership experience
  • Experience with bilingual, multi-market launches
  • Strong perspective on emerging content formats and cultural trends
