Position Overview
This is a part-time seasonal position at the Budweiser Stage in Toronto, Ontario. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly. Shifts are usually on evenings throughout the week, with a few full-day events scheduled. Must be able to work all event days/evenings when needed. This position requires the ability to work past midnight for most events.

The Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing all activities of the beverage department:
- Conduct monthly inventory to ensure that all Beverage Department products and equipment are accounted for
- Coordinate the movement of beverages and equipment across the venue
- Coordinating with the Operations Managers regarding beverage orders and team needs
- Oversee Beverage Department employees, assigning job shift and location responsibilities
- Provide input on beverage program ideas, help with development of beverage program
- Ensure cocktail recipes are batched for each event
- Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Food & Beverage and/or Restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting to set up and execute an event
- Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Be able to delegate duties when necessary
- Ability to perform under pressure effectively for extensive periods of time while maintaining professionalism.
