About the Role:

As a Senior Manager – Technology Delivery (Senior Delivery Assurance Manager), you’ll provide strategic and hands-on leadership in the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives within our Technology & Global Security team. You’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions — ensuring programs are delivered with measurable value while maintaining strong partnerships across internal teams and external vendors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and/or manage facets of delivery including schedule, budget and scope with accountability for successful end to end delivery of technology for projects and programs
  • Act as the point of contact responsible for managing cross-functional technology resources in execution and timely delivery of technology initiatives, programs and projects, that support business outcomes.
  • Provide oversight and leadership for programs and projects.
  • Direct individuals and teams (including PGM’s, PM’s BA’s, Delivery Leads and Technical resources) in developing end to end delivery plans and solutions across your portfolio.
  • Act as a technology trusted advisor to business stakeholders for strategic business decisions and implementation of initiatives with a technology component.
  • Collaborate with vendors, and internal and external technology and business stakeholders to identify technology requirements and solution opportunities for business outcomes.
  • Identify technology requirements and business enablement opportunities, collaborate with IT/OT and business stakeholders in discovery and options analysis to guide Business case development that maximizes ROI
  • Lead prioritization and planning of Technology operations and project intake with designated business units on a regular basis.
  • Work in conjunction with technology leaders to decisively address and resolve technology and vendor service and delivery challenges.
  • Keep current with trends and issues in the IT industry, including developing relationships with vendors and providers of current technologies and industry solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience managing large-scale technology programs and technology delivery initiatives.
  • Proven experience in business relationship management, program oversight, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, technology, or related field.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PgMP, ITIL, BRMP) is required.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology environments — including cloud, systems integration, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g., utilities, energy) is an asset.
