Before meeting with our team of clinician psychologists for in-person interviews, candidates must complete standardized psychological testing. That’s where you come in!

Responsibilities

We’re seeking organized and dependable Test Administrators to oversee exam sessions for small to medium-sized groups at various locations across the city. This flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, values autonomy, and wants to contribute to work that makes a real difference.

  • Prepare and set up testing materials prior to each session
  • Provide clear instructions and guidance to candidates before and during the exam
  • Monitor the testing environment to ensure integrity and confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate records and manage logistics on-site

Qualifications

  • A degree in Psychology or a related field (mental health) is a strong asset
  • Previous experience administering tests or invigilating exams is highly valued
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Comfortable using Excel (intermediate level or higher preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required
  • Availability for weekday shifts (Monday to Friday) is essential
  • Must be eligible for PSPC (Public Services and Procurement Canada) reliability clearance

Additional Requirements

  • Contract Type: Casual – flexible schedule based on demand
  • Location: Various testing sites across the city
  • Compensation: $20–$25/hour CAD
  • Hours: Typically 3-4 full-day shifts per month, depending on testing volume
