Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective and scalable training content to support our global Care and Repair operations
As our global repair network continues to expand, we are committed to evolving our processes to deliver smooth operations and a high-quality guest experience. This role will be instrumental in developing training guides, and other resources that support both onboarding and ongoing learning
While the primary focus is content creation and documentation management, the Content Creator may also support the delivery of internal training, when required
This hybrid role blends creativity with instructional design expertise, ensuring that all content aligns with business objectives and supports the development of our remote, global teams
In this role you will learn and/or use the following technology: Microsoft office, Miro, Asana, InDesign, Salesforce

The Care & Repair team is a key pillar of the ReBIRD program, where circularity lies at the core of our sustainability vision. As the operational backbone of the program, we develop scalable processes and implement them across our global network—actively contributing to our broader mission of creating durable, long-lasting products and services that serve not only our guests but also the planet. Our team is focused on building and rolling out the processes and operations that deliver an exceptional guest experience across all commercial touchpoints—including Guest Services, After-Sales, Brand Activations, Retail, and eCommerce

If you were a Content Creator Co-Op Student now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

    • Design and develop a variety of training materials to support smooth onboarding and ongoing learning across our repair network.
    • Develop and format content in a consistent, standardized style to ensure clarity, accessibility and alignment with brand standards.
    • Collaborate with the Care & Repair operations team, Arc’One, and third-party repair centers to ensure all materials are accurate, current, and aligned with business needs.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams and SMEs to develop effective resources that reflect brand expectations and operational standards.
    • Regularly updating and managing version control of training content to reflect changes in policies, and process, ensuring consistency across all training programs.

Here are some of the things you will learn by the end of your Co-Op placement:

    • Partnering with SMEs and cross-functional partners to create clear, step-by-step instructional materials for new software tools and process changes, making complex information accessible to all learners.
    • Collaborating with members of the Care & Repair team and broader stakeholders to identify training needs and propose innovative, scalable learning solutions.
    • Developing and managing a well-structured, easy to navigate document library.

Are you our next Content Creator Co-Op Student?

    • You are studying in an accredited university in your 3rd or 4th year of study working towards a bachelor’s degree with some guest services experience.
    • You have experience on the job or in an academic setting developing end-to-end courses and SOPs
    • You are passionate about quality learning and the impact it creates for guest services and repair employee experiences
    • You have strong communication skills and are confident distilling complex information in an easily understood, actionable way
    • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
    • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
    • You have strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign/Canva)
    • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
$44,700 - $55,100 a year Individual pay is determined by factors such as program of study, year of study, job-related skills, and relevant experience Applications for this position will be accepted until September 22nd at 9:00am PT
