Office Administrator

Location: Concord, ON
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:

The Office Administrator is the backbone of our office operations, responsible for managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, processing paperwork, and supporting the sales and production teams. This role demands organization, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, manage phone lines, and respond to email inquiries

  • Coordinate client appointments and installation schedules

  • Manage digital filing systems and maintain accurate records

  • Process quotations, invoices, and order confirmations

  • Support inventory tracking and supplier communication

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment

  • Assist with internal reports and administrative projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office administrative experience

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Familiarity with CRM software and QuickBooks is an asset

  • Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Standard business hours; on-site at our Concord office
