This role manages project administration duties, coordinates club improvement initiatives, and keeps schedules, budgets, and details on track.

As a Project Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:

  • Coordinate with departments across locations on project planning and execution.
  • Support new club openings with on-site setup, deliveries, staffing coordination, and task delegation.
  • Manage procurement of equipment, furniture, and services for new and existing clubs.
  • Track and manage quote requests, purchase orders, and financial documentation.
  • Oversee CMMS work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor performance.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports for facilities performance and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, licenses, and inspections.
  • Manage asset libraries and warranty documentation.
  • Provide onboarding support and resources for new club managers.

To land this role you need to have;

  • Post-secondary education, preferably in facilities management, business administration, or in construction management. A diploma in Architectural technology or engineering technician would be considered an asset
  • 2-3 Years’ Experience working in construction, facilities or related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills;
  • Strong time management and planning skills, with an emphasis on quality output;
  • Able to effectively communicate with all types of staff, including technical, professional, and upper management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, technology management, and internal controls.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet’s and general computer skills are required
  • All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.
