About The Client And Role

A dynamic Revit architectural firm with multiple offices seeks an experienced Revit based Architectural Technologist or Designer, ideally with community-based projects: schools, community centers, rehab centers & retirement homes. This is a non-hybrid role - requires daily in office collaboration. Only candidates in the Kingston, Napanee or Brockville area to be considered.

What They Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years post graduate work experience; Architectural Technologist, Bachelor of Architecture credentials - open to a good OAA Intern
• Live within an hour of Kingston; Napanee, Belleville, Picton, Brockville, Gananoque, Perth
• Driver's license; experience visiting job sites preferred
• Someone ideally experienced with medium to large projects ($20-$120 million) from construction to close-out; a PDF sheet of projects from the past 5 years, with solid references
• Decent OBC and building science fundamentals; ability to provide design feedback and anticipate design issues to suggest substitutions that meet design specifications
• Team Player; flexible mindset to work well with others
• Solid Revit; Bluebeam, PM software such as Wrike; experience in cloud based CCA software such as Rform
