Reporting to the the Restaurant Manager the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient and profitable daily operation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.

Location: 8175 Winston Churchill Blvd, Brampton ON L6Y 0A3

Shift Time: 8:00am - 4:30pm

What You Will Be Doing

  • Assess the quality, service and profitability of facilities per the standards set by the organization.
  • Enforces food safety and sanitation policies by performing regular inspections of facilities and employees.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities if staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • People Management:
  • Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team of subordinates to ensure that all

assigned work activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.

  • Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Adhere/comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and

instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

  • Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of improved department specific

processes, policies and procedures

What You Will Bring

  • Two years Supervisory experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;
  • Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work / excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;
  • Working knowledge of knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS, and all other workplace H&S regulations;
  • Team-player with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate others, negotiate effectively, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders;
  • High School Diploma required
