Reporting to the the Restaurant Manager the Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, efficient and profitable daily operation while delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced environment.
Location: 8175 Winston Churchill Blvd, Brampton ON L6Y 0A3
Shift Time: 3:00pm - 11:30pm

- Enforces food safety and sanitation policies by performing regular inspections of facilities and employees.
- Supervise and coordinate activities if staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

- Organize and supervise the activities and work of a team of subordinates to ensure that all

- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of improved department specific
What You Will Bring
- Two years Supervisory experience required
- Advanced knowledge of food and meat plant regulatory standards (CFIA, etc.), GMP, HACCP, BRC, food safety, food quality, etc.;
- Team-player with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work / excel in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and effective multi-tasking is essential;
- Working knowledge of knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), WHMIS, and all other workplace H&S regulations;
- Team-player with excellent leadership skills, able to motivate others, negotiate effectively, and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders;
- High School Diploma required
