Position Summary

CareRx is in an exciting growth phase and is seeking to hire a Casual Pharmacy Assistant/Health Care Aide to join our off-site team at a Senior's Care Home in Surrey, BC. You will provide support to the team by assisting with medication administration and translating for the Korean residents.

Your Day To Day

  • As a Pharmacy Assistant or Health Care Aide employed by CareRx pharmacy, you will provide offsite support -- carryout medication pass -- at a senior's community in Surrey, BC, on weekdays and weekends, split shifts at 6:30 AM - 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
  • Ongoing communication with the healthcare team in the facility and the pharmacy regarding medication management systems, improvement, and compliance
  • Other responsibilities that may be assigned

Compensation: $20-$22/hour. Actual pay rate will be based on the individual candidate’s credentials and experience for the role with CareRx.
