The Position: We are looking for a full-time Associate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience who will proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients and lead the management and growth of customer accounts. Your time at ISN will begin on the Customer Service as the first role within the rotational program:
Compensation: Base pay of $83,000 CAD annually with opportunity to earn up to $11,000 CAD annual target incentives if targets are met. Total annual compensation up to $94,000 CAD.
2026 Start Dates: Upon graduation - either January 12, April 15 or June 8

The Position: We are looking for a full-time Associate with a bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience who will proactively service and support our contractor/supplier clients and lead the management and growth of customer accounts. Your time at ISN will begin on the Customer Service as the first role within the rotational program:
- We'll guide you through a 12-week training program at our headquarters in Dallas, Texas, where you will receive classroom and on-the-job training. The initial 8 weeks will focus on areas of soft skills development, customer service excellence and ISN products and services. The second part of training will be dedicated to transitioning to the Client Development team and focused on new business development and account management.
- Responsibilities include fielding incoming calls and inquiries, inside sales, as well as helping customers navigate ISNetworld (our product)
- Provides employees with the knowledge and skills needed for success within the company
- You will be assigned a mentor to help guide you and provide support
- Up to 50% travel for in-person meetings, events and presentations after your initial training
