The Senior Technical Program Manager, Digital focuses on organizing, managing, and coordinating delivery of complex Digital initiatives in support of our business units. Working with all organizational levels and groups you will enable the delivery of Digital initiatives that are instrumental to scaling a rapidly growing multi-billion-dollar global business unit.

What you'll do:

  • Business Outcomes: Run - the day-to-day execution of programs, projects and/or services, troubleshoots inquires
  • People and Teams: May provide mentorship or training to peers
  • Know-How: Progressive knowledge of concepts and business processes and how they can be applied or integrated into the business
  • Program Management - Coordinate closely with Technical Product Owners(s), Product Owner(s) and agile delivery teams to deliver across Digital B2C & B2B initiatives. Manage Digital portfolio of projects and budgets, build capital expenditure allocation requests (CAR), process invoices, monitor and report capex project costs, prepare steering committee presentations.
  • Program Support and Process Management: Define, track and coordinate requirements, risks and deliverables between a wide array of cross functional teams using JIRA, Asana, other tools.
  • Leading Teams, Governance and Team Building: Develop metrics to measure program performance and trends.

What you have:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in delivering global integrated B2C & B2B web, mobile, & eCommerce digital ecosystems and platforms.
  • At least 4-6 years demonstrated ability in technical program management and program change management.
  • Proven experience using Agile methodologies to deliver technical projects & programs.
  • Experience delivering global complex Digital programs.
  • High proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, Asana.
  • Excellent communication across organization levels.

The typical hiring range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
