First Onsite is seeking to hire a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk will work closely as part of the national finance team to provide timely and accurate clerical support in the area of accounts payable.

Responsibilities
- Supporting branches with outstanding receivables
- Follow established collection process including collection calls, updating notes in the system
- Reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or in-person
- 1 -3 years of office administration experience with knowledge of A/R processes
- Experience in insurance/restoration industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong administration, record keeping, and data entry skills
- Effective time management skills
