Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Part-Time | Averaging between 12 - 20 hours a week | Days, evenings, and weekends | $17.00 per/hour

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online
  • Book, change, and cancel ticket reservations
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions
  • Assist with bookings for On-Demand services for several different cities in Alberta
  • Support customers with our online booking system
  • Help with check-in, luggage storage, and boarding
  • Answer inquiries with kindness and accuracy
  • Keep the ticket office organized and stocked
  • Perform light cleaning and basic administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends, and split shifts)
  • Shifts may be schedule between 05:00 – 22:00
  • A friendly, service-first attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Quick learner with great attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer
  • Reliable team player who also can work well independently
  • Employment is contingent upon receiving a favorable background check.

Bonus Points

  • Previous Customer Service Representative experience is preferred
  • Experience in hospitality is considered an asset
