We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Communications Advisor to join our strategic and dynamic Claims Communications team, located in Montreal (hybrid). This role will be focused on developing and executing regional communications within Quebec and strategic communications strategies for change initiatives within the national Claims operations.

We’re looking for a bilingual Senior Communications Advisor to join our strategic and dynamic Claims Communications team, located in Montreal (hybrid). This role will be focused on developing and executing regional communications within Quebec and strategic communications strategies for change initiatives within the national Claims operations.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of an executive communications strategy to drive leadership visibility and presence within Quebec.
- Develop comprehensive communication plans for internal initiatives, craft compelling content for various channels, and manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Influence and play a role beyond your team role, acting as a leader and conductor within multidisciplinary teams to support implementation and development.
- Establish strong relationships with internal partners across the business to inform and evolve the strategy over time.
To be successful in this role, you are:
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
- Experienced in developing and executing strategic internal and executive communications strategies and tactical executions for a minimum of 6 years.
- A writer and editor, with a strong sense of storytelling and narrative structure across written and visual media.
- A curious, strategic thinker who can use data, market research, feedback and other information to capitalize on emerging and evolving opportunities.
- A university graduate with a degree in a relevant area of study or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in using presentation software applications to communicate ideas and plans to internal audiences.
- A collaborative team-player and leader, able to build strong relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a changing environment and motivating your colleagues to adapt to, and embrace, change.
- Results-driven, using data and insights to continually optimize and adapt strategies to evolving audience and market conditions.
